Welcome to the Department of Radiology, Department of Biomedical Management, Graduate School of Medicine, Gifu University.

Gifu University’s Department of Radiology was established in February 1950 and has a history of 66 years. It has trained many excellent radiologists and supported the local medical care of Gifu Prefecture. Based on the policy of disseminating world-class research from Gifu, we practice high-quality medical care and clinical research using cutting-edge equipment in the fields of image diagnosis, IVR, and radiation therapy, and have received high praise both domestically and internationally. In addition to radiology, we also work sincerely on education and basic research in collaboration with departments both inside and outside the university. Gifu University’s Department of Radiology is passionate about radiology and aims to be a department that can build a bright future for radiology while cherishing traditions.
