Child Care Center

A day-care center will be set up at the venue for this debate. The day-care center will be set up under contract with Good Life Support Center, an NPO, as described below.

Scheduled opening period and venue

Wednesday, September 18, from 8:30 a.m. to around 7:30 p.m. (at Gifu University)
Thursday, September 19, 8:30-17:00 (Nagaragawa International Conference Center)
Friday, September 20, around 8:30 - 15:30 (Gifu University)

The childcare service will not be provided during the reception on September 19 (Thu.).
The closing time of childcare may vary depending on the finalized program and the progress on the day of the event.

Age range

6 months to 12 years old

Fee

700 yen per child per hour

Request for your cooperation in the questionnaire

We are now preparing for the 74th Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Coordination Chemistry (JSCC) to be held at the site of the meeting. We would appreciate it if you could answer the questionnaire regarding your current plans, requests, and opinions (day-care center, special meals, worship services, and future meetings).

We will share your responses with the Executive Committee and the Diversity Promotion Committee, and we will do our best to respond to your requests at the conference. We would also like to refer to your opinions in our future discussions.

We are making preparations to ensure that all members can participate in the discussion meeting with peace of mind, and we would appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
