The 74rd Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Coordination Chemistry, Japan

Thank you for your registration for the 74rd Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Coordination Chemistry, which will be held from September 18 (Wed.) to 20 (Fri.), 2024. Please check the following information for excursions, information on the surrounding area, and requests from the organizing committee. Reception, name badges/receipts, those who registered early and paid their registration fees by the first week of August should be receiving their nametags and receipts soon. If you have a nametag, please put it in the enclosed nametag case and wear it directly to the lecture hall. You do not need to go to the reception desk. If you have not received a nametag, please be sure to stop by the reception desk. Please refer to the map posted on the host website for details. If you have not yet paid the registration fee for the discussion session and reception, please make sure to do as soon as possible. If you have not yet paid the registration fee, you can pay at the registration desk on the day of the meeting, but we ask for your cooperation in simplifying the registration process and reducing conges on.

Programs and Abstracts

The program, abstracts, and Abstract Search site are available on the web. We have provided passwords individually to those who have already paid the registration fee by September 3. If you have not received the password by the day of the symposium, please pick it up at the registration desk on the day of the symposium.

Access to the venue

Please refer to the venue information on the website. Additional buses are available. The venue is Gifu University for the first and third days and Nagaragawa Convention Center for the second day.

Cloakroom

Checkrooms will be available at the Gifu University map. Cloakrooms will be located in 工11 and on the first day, and in 工111 on the third day. Please note that there will be no cloakrooms at the Nagaragawa Convention Center or at the banquet on the second day.

Smoking areas

Smoking is prohibited throughout the Gifu University campus. Similarly, smoking is generally not allowed inside the Nagaragawa Convention Center, except in designated smoking areas.

WiFi

Network access via eduroam JP is available at Gifu University. Please read here. All venues on the campus support wireless LAN with eduroam setup. The Nagaragawa Convention Center also offers free WiFi throughout the building.

About Lunch

Gifu University offers a co-op, a cafeteria, and a convenience store, and two food trucks will be available on the day. While there are a few restaurants in the vicinity of the university, options are limited. The Nagaragawa Convention Center does not have any dining facilities, so please make use of the nearby restaurants in the area.
