The abstract submission deadline is May 25, 2025. All abstract will be reviews by the Science Organizing Committee.
(The deadline has been extended by two weeks. However, submission may close early once the participant capacity is reached.)

Oral presentations are currently planned as 15 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion.
(Please note that this may be adjusted depending on the total number of presenters.)
 
Please note that submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for the symposium.

No registration fee will be required. However, coffee breaks and a conference dinner will be provided for all participants
