Procedure to Apply
for Our Examination

Step 1 Obtain an examination fee bank transfer form.

Applicants who are expected to complete a masterfs program or the first part of a doctoral program at Gifu University Graduate School or the first part of a doctoral program at Gifu Pharmaceutical University Graduate School need not pay the examination fee; start from Step 3.

 Application documents listed below (Step 3) can be downloaded. However, examination fee bank transfer forms cannot be downloaded; they must be obtained by mail. First, contact this address:

Provide the postal address (with postal code) to which your examination fee bank transfer form should be sent (* before it is sent, your eligibility for admission will be checked; please refer to p. 2 - 3 of the Application Guide for conditions of eligibility).
Step 2 Pay examination fee. Upon receipt of the examination fee bank transfer form, enter the required information on the form and pay the examination fee by bank transfer from a bank near you.
  • (1) Bank transfer (and handling commission) receipt: a small piece of paper
  • (2) Payment form: a long sheet of paper
Once the bank transfer is completed, you will receive the above two documents (1) and (2). (1) is for you to keep; please submit (2) to the University.
Step 3 Download application documents. Download and complete the following documents. Applicants unable to download documents can ask the Universityfs United Drug Discovery Section to send documents by mail.
Step 4 Submit the application documents. Carefully read the information provided on p. 5 of the Application Guide and send the application documents to the address below. (Before sending the application documents, be sure to meet and talk on related matters with the professor you desire as your research advisor.)
