Title of paper, author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address for correspondence, and abstract (about 200 words) in Microsoft Word file format (*.doc) should be submitted to S. Okubayashi (okubay [at] kit.ac.jp) by August 31 September 20. The type of presentation is only poster. Presenters under the age of 30 are poster award candidates. Notify if you are the candidate.

The full paper requires 2 pages in length for poster presentation and maximum of 8 pages for inveited lecture.

The full paper MUST BE SUBMITTED BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2018.

Your poster should be designed to fit within a 2100 mm high x 900 mm wide posterboard.
A0 Paper size (1189 mm height x 841 mm width) is recommended.

Your poster should consist of materials that can be mounted easily with push pins. (e.g., paper, cotton fabric, etc.)

Your poster should be mounted on the boar with your poster No. in Room 1201 between 9:00 and 16:00 of November 12.

The presenter is obliged to appear from 16:00 to 17:30 of November 12.

Your poster should be dismounted immediately after the obligation.

The Poster Award at ISDF2018: to make the entry, the presenters under the age of 30 must notify as you submit your abstract.
