Applications for Official Certificates

How to apply
Please apply your certificate request through the online system.
Please see the detail at URL:https://www.gifu-u.ac.jp/campus_life/certificate/cert-service.html.(Japanese only）
The online system is available in English.

Applications are accepted through the online system, however certificates can be issued by mail only.
Please register in advance, then you can go to the next step, certification request after Identity Verification. It takes time to issue the certificates.

Please see the detail "Other certification" in Gifu University, if you require a certificate other than the certificate of completion.
Postage and issuance fees are required for applications through the certificate issuing system.
Please note that once payment is made, it is non-refundable. So if you have any question, please contact us in advance.
