||The doctoral course of the United Graduate School of Veterinary Sciences
is established through the cooperation of graduate veterinary programs
at four member universities. These universities are the Obihiro University
of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Iwate university, Tokyo University
of Agriculture and Technology, and Gifu University.

||The first PhD degrees in Veterinary Sciences are awarded to eleven students
including one international student.
