About me
I'm Satoshi NISHIDA, an assistant professor at Gifu University. My main research interest is in gas phase chemical reaction, especially chemical kinetics. I was intersted in atmospheric chemistry, and am interested in chemical reactions in Chemical Vapor Deposition(CVD) processes of Si for solar panels.
