絶対強度測定マニュアル
=================================

この文章は、Jaeffries *et al*., Nat.Protoc. (2016) **11**, 2122-2153.
の方法に基づき絶対強度測定による分子量決定の方法を記す。

基本的な流れは：

1. 計算に必要なタンパク質のパラメータを計算する。（アミノ酸配列、偏比容 :math:`\nu` 、１分子体積 : *V* 、吸光係数）

2. コントラストの計算（ :math:`\Delta\rho` ）

3. 水散乱による絶対強度変換定数の決定

4. サンプルの :math:`I(0)` 決定と分子量計算

となる。以下に方法を示す。
