It usually takes approximately 1 week to issue the certificates in Japanese, and the certificates in English may take approximately 2 weeks.

(a) Apply at the office counter

• Fill in the necessary items on the request form and submit it at the office of the United Graduate School of Agricultural Science (Renno-office).
• If you wish to obtain a certificate by post, bring in a self-addressed envelope with postage stamps.

(b) Apply by post

Please send the following documents to the office of the United Graduate School of Agricultural Science (Renno-office). Be sure to write “Request for certificate enclosed” on the front of the envelope.

(c) Application from foreign students who has already returned home

Please have direct contact with your supervisor. He or She will apply on your behalf and the certificate will be sent to you. Note that proxy application takes longer than usual. Early application is highly recommended.

No charge for issuance. In case of mailing, postage is necessary.
