After-hours use (Form 8)

　 This form is required for the after hours use. After hours: 17:00-9:00 on weekdays (Mon.- Fri.), whole day on weekends (Sat. and Sun.), holidays and other announced closure day).

　　Please bring the form by 16:00 for weekdays use.
　　Please bring the form by Fri. 16:00 for weekends/holiday use.・・・(ex. by 16:00 on Friday for Sunday use.)

　 Submit the form to us (DGR) and also to your mentor.
　 You can send a scanned form by faxing (ex. 3172) or by E-mail mgrc@gifu-u.ac.jp
　 Extra charge is applied for after hours use (500yen/equipment) See Charge and Fee table.

Carry-in of your instruments (Form 7)

　 This form is required when you tentatively bring your own instruments to DGR.

Seminar room/Practice room (TEL or Form 2)

　 Please make a reservation for Seminar/Practice room on telephone (we may ask the form to be submitted only in particular cases). 　DGR administration: Ex 3171.

Closed cabinet for plants (Form 3)

　 This form is required when you plan to use the closed cabinet.

Lab bench (Form 4)

　 This form is required when you occupy our lab bench for long time period (3 months at maximum).

Plant culture room/BSL-1 (P1) level green room (Form 5)

　 This form is required when you plan to keep your plants in the culture room or in the BSL-1 level green room.

Use of BSL-3 (P3) lab (Form 6)

　 This form is required for the use of our BSL-3 level lab space (Please contact us in advance).
