This course covers the material necessary for future veterinarians in all areas of veterinary science. Students learn fundamental knowledge and skills. Through the experiences of small-group studies including tutorials on basic procedures, mock clinical practice, and graduate research, students learn how to develop an apply these tools cooperatively to solve problems and understand new phenomena.
Subjects include Veterinary Anatomy, Veterinary Physiology, Veterinary Pharmacology, Veterinary Microbiology, Veterinary Zoonosis, Veterinary Hygiene, Veterinary Pathology, Zoo and Wildlife Medicine, Veterinary Internal Medicine, Veterinary Parasitology, Veterinary Radiology, Veterinary Surgery, Veterinary Clinical Oncology, and Veterinary Clinical Theriogenology.
